A Republican congressman told his constituents that he believes God will “take care of” climate change if it proves to be a “real problem.”
Michigan Rep. Tim Walberg said during a town hall in Coldwater, Mich., on [last] Friday that while he believes climate change is real, it is not something for humans to solve.
Now I’m no scientist, and I’ll leave politics to people who are smarter than I am, but what the hell is wrong with people in Michigan? Bet you Tim Walberg thinks you don’t need water to survive too, ask Flint. ‘Ol Timmy Wal, related to the Funky Bunch only in mental capacity and possibly hatred for minorities but not genetically, is REALLY into the hands off approach. Hey, Tim, if God is going to take care of everything for you, don’t put any money into your campaign for reelection, I’m sure it will work out for you. See if God is going to take care of it, then there is no reason for you to be there collecting that paycheck, we good.
Obviously, big news of the moment is the Paris Agreement. More importantly (I’m told) Trump’s decision to remove the US from it, and while again, I’m no expert, and politics/science aside, probably shouldn’t name anything important after Paris, that’s just begging to be given up on. Read a history book.
Anyways, Tim, definitely a real person and not a backwards Shar-pei in a skin suit, thanks for letting me know none of my problems are important, since God hasn’t fixed them yet.
